- You’ll receive a copy of everything we generate internally or receive from outside.
Filed documents? Check. Incoming and outgoing mail? Check. Pleadings? Check. Emails? Check. Memos? Check. Depositions? Check. We could go on and on. We will keep you informed! So even if you don’t understand a document, you’ll have a copy of it nonetheless
You will receive regular, personal communication from us – either by email or by phone. Our clients are the heart and soul of their own defenses. Keeping clients in the dark doesn’t do anyone good.
Phone call policy
Phone calls are our first priority. We do our level best to return telephone calls promptly. As a general rule, you can expect us to call you back within two hours. Of course, if we are in court or attending a conference, returned calls may take longer. Nevertheless, a trusted staff should be available to return calls while if we are temporarily unavailable.
